Jackie Arnold began her sports career in softball, track & field, and basketball in Youngstown, Ohio. She went on to be a collegiate basketball and softball player at the NCAA level and was inducted into the Ohio HS Hall of Fame for Basketball. She fell in love with volleyball while training with her college’s volleyball team. After graduation, she started coaching both volleyball and softball in Virginia, continuing in Oregon for many years as a 10+ time Coach of the Year in both sports and taking her HS Volleyball teams to regional championships, State final 8, & State runner-up in her final HS season in Alabama. Jackie’s greatest joy was as a mom of two boys who were competitive swimmers, watching them be recruited and achieve Academic and Athletic NCAA D1/D2 scholarships and have amazing collegiate years.
