How We Work

Evaluation

Our Empower Collegiate recruiters evaluate prospective student athletes through live performance, video and referrals to choose those athletes with great attitudes, leadership and coachability qualities along with skill in their sport.

Prospect & Family Interview

Our Empower Collegiate recruiters will invite those student athletes and parents for a live zoom or in-person interview to determine the athlete’s maturity, dedication to future recruitment opportunities and if they truly are someone the Empower Staff can work with to help get recruited.

Empower Student Athletes

Those student athletes chosen by the Empower Collegiate recruiters will gain a personal relationship and team of staff who help develop and provide multiple opportunities using a thorough recruitment process for a personalized experience. These Empower athletes will be placed on social media platforms, watchlists and SportsRecruits profiles along with having professional video and communication to college coaches on their behalf.
