To become an Empower Collegiate Recruiting prospect, the student-athlete must undergo the 3-Step Process: Get Evaluated, Prospect Meeting, and Get Connected.

Get Evaluated

Our Empower Collegiate recruiters connect with prospective student-athletes using a thorough recruitment process for a personalized experience.

Prospect Meeting

Prospects are prepared with “Athlete Etiquette Consulting,” real-world, transferrable professional skills to assist prospects with appropriate self-branding.

Get Connected

Our recruiters consult with the student-athlete and the family about recommendations to attend the best prospective events for the athlete to receive proper recruitment/exposure.
